That's a nice bird! Ours tasted SO GOOD grilled last year! My husband LOVES hunting turkeys and finds any excuse to go (with anyone, I've found, he is even hoping I will take to it ;)!) He just found out that he has to be near Salt Lake on the second day of his hunt, so if you have any ideas for up there send them our way! :)
